Welcome to Deli Spice. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you purchase gadgets, use our Buy Now, Pay Later option, or interact with our services.
By placing an order with Deli Spice, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Deli Spice
Deli Spice sells quality gadgets, including smartphones, iPhones, Samsung devices, Android phones, and other electronic products. We also offer flexible payment options that allow eligible customers to buy gadgets with an initial down payment and pay the remaining balance over time.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product details, prices, specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate.
However, product availability, prices, colors, storage sizes, and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the product name, model, storage size, color, price, and payment terms before completing an order.
3. Buy Now, Pay Later Terms
Deli Spice offers a Buy Now, Pay Later option on selected gadgets.
Under this option, the customer may be required to make a 20% down payment before receiving the gadget. The remaining balance can then be spread conveniently for up to 24 months, depending on the agreed payment plan.
By choosing the Buy Now, Pay Later option, the customer agrees to pay all outstanding balances according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payment as agreed may affect the customer’s account, future purchases, and access to Deli Spice flexible payment offers.
4. Payment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.
All payment amounts, due dates, and payment duration will be clearly communicated before the purchase is completed.
Once a customer agrees to a payment plan, the customer is expected to complete all payments according to the agreed terms.
5. No Refund Policy
Deli Spice does not issue refunds after purchase.
Once payment has been made and the order has been confirmed, payments are non-refundable.
If a gadget is confirmed to be faulty or not functioning properly, Deli Spice may exchange the gadget for another working unit, subject to inspection and availability.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Deli Spice only accepts exchanges if the gadget received is not functioning properly or has a confirmed technical fault at the time of purchase or delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product choice by the customer
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Water damage
- Screen damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Products repaired or tampered with by a third party
- Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or incomplete returns
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned in the same physical condition it was received, with all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
7. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect their gadget immediately after receiving it.
Any issue with the product must be reported within the allowed inspection period. Deli Spice reserves the right to inspect any returned product before approving an exchange.
If the fault is confirmed, the product may be replaced with another working unit. If no fault is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
8. Promotions and Free Gifts
Deli Spice may offer promotions, discounts, or free gifts such as robot vacuum cleaners on selected gadget purchases.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.
Free gifts are only available on qualifying purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order or applying for Buy Now, Pay Later.
This may include name, phone number, address, valid identification, next of kin information, employment or business details, and any other information required to process the order or payment plan.
Deli Spice is not responsible for delays or failed processing caused by incorrect customer information.
10. Order Approval
Deli Spice reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel any order or Buy Now, Pay Later application at its discretion.
Approval may depend on product availability, customer information, payment history, verification checks, and other internal requirements.
11. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery or pickup details will be communicated to the customer after order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information. Deli Spice will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.
12. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to misuse Deli Spice services, provide false information, attempt fraud, refuse agreed payments, or engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward Deli Spice staff or representatives.
Deli Spice reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Deli Spice will not be responsible for losses caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, third-party repairs, software issues caused by customer actions, lost data, or failure to follow product instructions.
Customers are encouraged to back up their data regularly and handle their gadgets responsibly.
14. Changes to These Terms
Deli Spice may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will apply once published or communicated to customers.

15. Agreement
By purchasing from Deli Spice, using our Buy Now, Pay Later option, or accepting delivery of any gadget, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
