At Deli Spice, we are committed to providing quality gadgets that are properly checked before delivery or pickup.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the gadget received is not functioning properly or has a confirmed technical fault at the time of purchase/delivery.

If your gadget is found to be faulty, we will exchange it for another unit of the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer a suitable replacement of similar value.

No Refund Policy

Deli Spice does not issue cash refunds after purchase.

Once a purchase has been completed, the product can only be exchanged if it is confirmed to be faulty or not working properly.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The fault must be reported within the allowed inspection period after receiving the product.
  • The gadget must be returned in the same physical condition it was received.
  • The product must not be damaged, tampered with, repaired elsewhere, or misused by the customer.
  • All accessories, packaging, and receipts must be returned with the product.
  • The fault must be confirmed after inspection by Deli Spice.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We will not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong product choice by the customer
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Water damage, screen damage, or accidental damage
  • Products tampered with or repaired by a third party
  • Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or incomplete returns

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

For customers using our Buy Now, Pay Later option, the same exchange policy applies. If the gadget is confirmed faulty, it will be replaced with another working device. However, payments already made are not refundable, and the payment agreement remains active.
